Casualties feared as blast rips through Kabul mosque

KABUL (Pajhwok): Several people were feared killed and wounded as a bomb blast ripped through a mosque during evening prayers in central capital Kabul on Wednesday, sources said.

The explosion occurred inside a mosque in the Khairkhana area of Kabul city. The blast took place in the Sarkotal area of the 17th district.

Some sources said the explosion happened in the mosque during evening prayer and there were also casualties.
