FAIZABAD (Pajhwok): Three armed men have been killed and one injured in the Raghistan district of northeastern Badakhshan province, an official said on Friday.
Information Department Director Maazuddin Ahmadi told Pajhwok Afghan News: “Security forces encountered six armed persons who wanted to carry out subversive activities.”
As a result of this encounter three armed persons were killed and one was injured, he said, adding that two armed persons had managed to flee and are being searched.
