Congratulations to all on 103rd Independence Day

KABUL (Pajhwok): Today (Friday) marks the 103^rd Afghanistan’ Independence Day and Pajhwok Afghan News offers its best felicitations to the people of Afghanistan.

The people of Afghanistan under the leadership of the then King Ghazi Amanullah Khan regained its independence from British 103 years ago.

The day was celebrated with national zeal and enthusiasm but after the 2008 armed attack on the Independence Day celebration event in Kabul, now it is celebrated in short ceremonies indoors.
