2 including security force member killed in Parwan firing

CHARIKAR (Pajhwok): Two persons, including security personnel, has been killed, and two other security personnel wounded when a “mentally ill” person opened firing on them central Parwan province, an official said on Sunday.

Police spokesman Mohammad Kamran Zaid said the incident took place in the main district bazaar of Bagram district late on Saturday.

According to him, the person who opened fire has been killed by security personnel. More investigation is underway about the incident.

Dr. Abdul Khalil Haidari, director of the Parwan 100-bed hospital, said two injured had been shifted to the hospital for treatment.
