2 killed, 3 wounded in Kabul explosion: Police

KABUL (Pajhwok): At least two people have been killed and three others wounded as a result of an explosion in the 17^th police district of Kabul.

The blast rocked the Sar-i-Kotal area late on Wednesday, said Khalid Zadran, Kabul police spokesman.

He added the blast took place as a Corolla-type vehicle carrying explosives went off. The blast resulted in the killing of two individuals and injuries to three others.
