KUNDUZ (Pajhwok): After the fall of the past government, the UN International Children's Emergency Fund (UNICEF) in cooperation with the local government in northern Kunduz province has facilitated 5,260 students to attend elementary studies, an official said on Thursday.
The students of these educational centers are happy and asked the government and other relevant institutions to pay more attention to them.
Mawlavi Ahmad Shah Haqqani, the head of labor and social affairs department, told Pajhwok Afghan News, that most of these educational centers have been built in war-hit and remote areas.
