Sar-i-Pul Commerce Dept starts issuing licenses to industrialists

SAR-I-PUL CITY (Pajhwok): The newly-established Commerce and Industry Department of northern Sari Pul province on Tuesday started issuing licenses to industrialists.

Commerce and Industry Department Deputy Head Syed Abdul QadirAyubi during the inauguration ceremony said: “Today, three months after the establishment of the Commerce and Industry Department in Sar-i-Pul, we started the issuance of licenses to factories and industrialists.”

In the past, industrialists and factory owners had to travel to neighboring provinces to get licenses but now the Commerce and Industry Department had been established in Sar-i-Pul, which will facilitate the applicants.

Balkh Commerce and Industry Director AfizAmeer said industrialists from Sar-i-Pul would visit the Commerce and Industry Department in Mazar-i-Sharif for licenses and other related activities but now after the establishment of this department, there would be not need to visit other provinces.
