4th Afghan free fighter paves his way to UFC

KABUL (Pajhwok): Farid Basharat has become the fourth Afghan Free Fighter to reach Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) by defeating his Brazilian opponent.

Bsahrat succeeded to defeat Brazilian mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter Allan Begosso in three rounds by getting higher points.

The win gives Basharat UFC contract membership. Basharat was born in Afghanistan but he is currently residing in UK.

It is worth mentioning that UFC is an international Mixed Martial Arts organization where the free fighters contest in 12 different weights.
