BAMYAN CITY (Pajhwok): Some residents in central Bamyan province have complained against the slow-paced issuance process of the Computerized National Identity Cards (CNIC) and ask the government to address the problem.
Ali Hussain, a Bamyan resident, told Pajhwok Afghan News: “It took a month to perform the biometrics and since then it took three months to get my CNIC printed”.
He asked the government to speed up the process, or else the people will be discouraged.
