KABUL (Pajhwok): A 21-year-old girl has committed suicide in the Khan Chaharbagh district of northwestern Faryab province, an official said on Friday.
Crime Branch Director Mufti Mohammad Ismael Furqani told Pajhwok Afghan News Rozgul committed suicide in the Och Pata village on Thursday night. She hanged herself from the roof and ended her life.
“Her body was brought to the Andkhoi Hospital for checkup there was no sign to show that she was killed by another person,” he said.
But a local source claimed that Rozgul was engaged and committed suicide due to family violence.
