Afghanistan faces Philippines in football contest on Sunday

KABUL (Pajhwok): Afghanistan Under-20 football team will play its third match against the Philippines today (Sunday) in the preliminary Asian championship qualifier round.

Earlier, the Afghan team beat Oman 1-0. The contest against the Philippines would be played at 5:30 pm Afghanistan time.

The Under 20 Asia football Championship kicked off from 14th to 18th September in the Sultan Qaboos Stadium in Muscat.
