KABUL (Pajhwok): As the UN General Assembly concluded its 77th session on Monday, Afghanistan went unrepresented for the second year in a row.
Representatives of 190 member states, including 126 heads of state and government, took part in this year's general debate.
As speakers shone a light on a variety of contemporary challenges, no one from Afghanistan participated in the discussions, according to a leading US media outlet.
The Associated Press reported no one from Afghanistan and Myanmar talked during the session, pending a UN decision on who should represent the two countries.
