KABUL (Pajhwok): Three people have been arrested over creating a Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) in the absence of applicant, according to a statement on Sunday.
The anti-crime Department of the Ministry of Interior, said three people were arrested red-handed in connection to the crime.
The source added that two of the suspects were agents and another was an official of a CNIC branch.
The arrested individuals were being probed.
