KABUL (Pajhwok): Pakistan special representative for Afghanistan ambassador Mohammad Sadiq says Higher Education Commission of Pakistan will be offering specialized programs to train over 300 faculty members of Afghanistan's public and private universities.
In a tweet, the special envoy said a proposal was being submitted to the Ministry of Higher Education of Afghanistan (MoHE) in this regard.
