Acting defence minister meets newly recruited personnel

KABUL (Pajhwok): Acting Defence Minister Mawlavi Mohammad Yaqoub Mujahid has met the newly recruited military personnel from central Panjsher province, according to a statement on Friday.

Mawlavi Yaqoub met the newly recruited personnel in the Joint Military Training Command on Thursday, a statement from the Ministry of Defence (MoD) said.

“The enemy of the people could never succeed against your strong resolve and Islamic vision,” the acting defence minister told the newly recruited personnel.

He witnessed the training of military personnel, heard their recommendations, the problems faced by them and assured them full cooperation.
