BAMYAN CITY (Pajhwok): Acting Education Minister Maulvi Habibullah Agha on Monday promised to address problems plaguing the educational sector in central Bamyan province.
Agha, who visited Bamyan province, vowed during a press conference that the problems of the education department of the province would be resolved.
He said the aim of his visit was to monitor and assess the situation of education in Bamyan province so the leadership of the ministry try to solve the problems after a thorough assessment.
Also, Maulvi Islamuddin Osmani, director of education, said the education department faced many problems such as lack of teachers. He said 63 schools were without buildings and 214 schools without clean drinking water.
