GARDEZ (Pajhwok): Based on a local tribal jirga’s decision, the house of a suspected murderer has been torched in the Chamkani district of southeastern Paktia province, a local official said on Saturday.
The owner of the house had allegedly murdered his cousin as a result of a land dispute some days ago.
Mohammad Albadri, police spokesman, told Pajhwok Afghan News: “The man was killed by his cousin some days ago. The local tribal jirga decided yesterday on torching the killer’s house,”
