QALAT (Pajhwok): At least three children and a woman have been wounded after an unexploded shell went off in Qalat City, the capital of southern Zabul province.
The incident took place in the Kakaran China area of Qala City on Saturday night.
Dr. Nazeer Ahmad Harifal, chief physician of Provincial Hospital, told Pajhwok Afghan News that three injured children and a woman were brought to the hospital.
He said one child who was in critical condition transferred to Mirwais hospital of Kandahar for better medical treatment.
