Iran, Russia discuss Afghanistan, Daesh threat

ATLANTIA (Pajhwok): Iran’s special representative for Afghanistan Hassan Kazemi Qomi has met Russian ambassador in Tehran Alexey Dedov and discussed with him Afghanistan.

Qomi tweeted that they discussed mutual cooperation and concerns including “terrorism and its supporters in Afghanistan.”

He stressed joint efforts through different ways to deal with terrorism particularly Daesh threat in Afghanistan.

The special representative of Iran added, “Iran and Russia are jointly determined to end the Afghan crisis.
