Central bank poised to auction $15m tomorrow

KABUL (Pajhwok): Da Afghanistan Bank (DAB) on Saturday announced it would auction about $15 million tomorrow (Sunday).

The central bank tweeted that it would inject $15 million into the market in the form of an auction on Sunday.

The central bank asked commercial banks, exchange companies and monetary services to participate in the tender.

According to the bank, the highest bidders are obliged to settle their accounts by the end of the day.

Partial settlement of transactions is not allowed and the winner must pay the money in one and in cash form.
