GHAZNI CITY (Pajhwok): A two-fold increase in coal prices this year has worried residents of southern Ghazni province.
The residents say this year the price of one ton of coal is 15,000 afghanis, almost double compared to its last year’s rate, as winter is approaching fast.
Bashir Ahmad, a resident of Ghazni, told Pajhwok Afghan News winter was still a month away but the price of one ton of coal had increased to 15,000 afs and it had worried residents.
