SAR-I-PUL CITY (Pajhwok): Two people were killed and 11 others injured in a traffic accident in northern Sar-i-Pul province on Tuesday, an official said.
Sar-i-Pul Traffic Official Qari Hameedullah a man and a woman were killed and 11 others injured in a traffic accident on Sar-i-Pul – Jawzjan Road. Three children and as many women were injured in the accident as well, he added.
He said the accident happened at around 1:30pm near the city entrance security belt due to reckless driving and led to the collision between a Saracha type and Corolla type vehicles.
The drivers of both vehicles are injured and admitted in the hospital for treatment. After their recovery they will be introduced to judicial organs, he added.
