Heavy snow, rain predicted in 15 provinces

KABUL (Pajhwok): The Meteorological Department has predicted heavy rain and snowfall in 15 provinces of the country.

The department in a statement said,there is possibility of heavy rain and snowfall in Paktika, Khost, Paktia, Logar, Maidan Wardak, Ghazni, Bamyan, Ghor, Daikundi, Uruzgan, Zabul, Kandahar, Helmand, Farah and Badakhshan.

The Meteorological Department predicted the amount of snowfall in these provinces between 20-35cm and of rain between 15mm to 25mm.
