KABUL (Pajhwok): A man has killed four individuals, including his spouse, in the limits of 13th police district of capital Kabul, an official said on Tuesday.
Maulvi Shamsullah Hammad, chief of the 13th police district, told Pajhwok Afghan News that the incident took place on Monday evening.
Hammad said: “When we arrested the person, he confessed to his crime in preliminary investigation and said it was a matter of honor, and these people had dishonored me.”
