2 children killed after leftover bomb explodes in Badghis

QALA-I-NAW (Pajhwok): Two children were killed on Tuesday when an unexploded ordnance went off in Aab Kamari district of western Badghis province.

In a statement, the police headquarters said the incident took place in the morning in Aghak area of the district.

The two children approached a dismantled security check-post of the former government forces where a leftover hand grenade exploded.
