KABUL (Pajhwok): Security forces have arrested 29 alleged criminals in connection to theft, kidnapping and other crimes in eight provinces of the country, the Ministry of Interior (MoI) said on Saturday.
On its twitter handle MoI wrote: “Seven criminals arrested in Parwan, five in Takhar, four in Kandahar, three each in Kabul, Khost and Daikundi and one in Farah province.” Twentry-nine persons had been arrested in connection with committing criminal crimes in Kabul, Parwan, Takhar, Kandaha, Khost, Daikondi, Balkh and Farah provinces in connection to robbery.”
The ministry did not provide information regarding the identity of detained individual, it did not reveal when that arrest was took place and what items recovered from detainees.
Balkh police forces released two persons from kidnappers and arrested three abductors, the twitter added.
Earlier, MoI announced the arrest of 26 alleged criminals in connection to murders and theft in five provinces of the country.
