KABUL (Pajhwok): US Secretary of State Antony Blinken and UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres have exchanged views on the current situation in Afghanistan.
At a meeting in New York they conferred on the needs of the Afghan people and restrictions on girls’ university education and women working for NGOs the State Department said.
Later in the week, Blinken is scheduled to visit Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan for joint talks with foreign ministers of all five Central Asian states in Astana, according to AFP.
