KABUL (Pajhwok): The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on Monday said it has revoked obtaining Saree-ul-Fasad Form which was necessary for the export of fresh fruits and other items that holds high chance of decaying.
On its Twitter handle, the MoF said: “Saree-ul-Fasaad form has been removed on export material that held high chances of decaying upon the request of the Department of Custom following approval from the top brass of the ministry.”
“Fruits and vegetables are loaded in other vehicles in the provinces after completing the stages at the border customs, and with this the number plate of the vehicle also changes and the transfer form is needed. The leadership of the General Department of Customs has decided to cancel the purchase of shipping forms for fruits and vegetables in all customs.”
The General Directorate of Customs is trying to address all the problems of traders in the light of the applicable laws and to provide more facilities for them in customs.
