NPC approves projects worth nearly 2.5b afghanis

KABUL (Pajhwok): The National Procurement Commission (NPC) has approved projects worth 2.5 billion afghanis for six provinces.

Deputy prime minister for economic affairs Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar’s office said the projects included construction of roads, water storages, retaining walls, decoration green places, and safe drinking water schemes.

The projects would be executed in Kabul, Herat, Farah, Nangarhar, Kandahar, and Laghman provinces to be funded by the government.
