PARON (Pajhwok): Thousands of out of school children will be enrolled in local classes to be set up next academic year in eastern Nuristan province, an official said on Tuesday.
Nuristan Education Director Maulvi Taj Mohammad Mutmayen told Pajhwok Afghan News that 300 local classes will be established for 10,000 children both male and female who have been deprived of education with financial support of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF).
Mutmaten said the classes would be set up in areas that were far away from schools and where children had no access to education.
