Blast rocks Kabul, causes no casualties

KABUL (Pajhwok): An explosion took place in the 5^th police district of Kabul on Thursday morning, but caused no casualties.

The ballast occurred close to the University of Education at around 7:30am, the Kabul police spokesman said.

Khalid Zadran told Pajhwok Afghan News the blast resulted from a bomb placed in a handcart. There were no casualties.
