KABUL (Pajhwok): Organization of Islamic Countries (OIC) special envoy for Afghanistan Tariq Ali Bakheet has discussed the importance of reconsidering the ban on females’ education and work with Islamic Emirate officials.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in a statement said Bakheet, head of OIC office in Kabul Mohammad Alayach leading a delegation met with Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi in the governor’s house of southern Kandahar on Wednesday.
During the meeting, the statement quoted Muttaqi as saying that the Islamic Emirate wanted special political, economic and social relations with Islamic countries.
Muttaqi said security had been ensured across Afghanistan . . .
