PESHAWAR (Pajhwok): Peshawar-based Afghan diplomats and businessmen from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province have agreed on joint efforts for removal of hurdles to trade between Afghanistan and Pakistan.
Acting Consul-General Hafiz Mohibullah Shakir met local businessmen led by Pak-Afghan Joint Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PAJCCI) Director Zia-ul-Haq Sarhadi in Peshawar on Friday.
Second Secretary Mufti Noorullah Hotak, Commercial Attache Waheedullah Himat and Protocol Officer Shahid Ullah Zaheer were also in attendance.
Sarhadi informed participants about the problems being faced by businessmen from both countries.
