KABUL (Pajhwok): More than a dozen people have been killed and 72 others injured in natural disasters that completely or partially destroyed nearly 1,900 houses in 22 provinces in the last few days.
Shafiullah Rahimi, a spokesman for the Ministry of Natural Disaster Management, told Pajhwok Afghan News floods emerged in five provinces in the past two days, completely or partially destroying 114 houses.
The floods also destroyed crops on more than 13,50 acres of land, he said.
