2 killed, 4 injured in Paktia traffic accident

GARDEZ (Pajhwok): Two people were killed and four others wounded as a result of traffic accident in the Shwak district of southeastern Paktia province on Monday, an official said.

Police spokesman Munib Zadran told Pajhwok Afghan News: “Two people were killed and four others injured due to a traffic accident in Satu Kandaw area of the district today morning.”

He said a corolla type vehicle veered of the road and collapsed into a pothole along the highway.

According to Munib, the injured were immediately evacuated to the hospital and they are in stable condition.
