PUL-I-ALAM (Pajhwok): Construction work on buildings for two health centers has been launched in central Logar province and the structures are estimated to cost $300,000.

Ludin added the building for Chona health center was being constructed on 2.5 acres of land and the building for Surkh Ab health center on one acre of land. The structures would be completed in the next eight months and would be put into service.
He said the one-storey buildings would have all necessary rooms, deep water wells, water tanks, parks, garbage bins and boundary walls.

He called upon the Department of Public Health to extend the operational timing of the Surkh Ab Health Center from eight hours to 24 hours to solve the problems of the people.
