KABUL (Pajhwok): Former President Karzai and European Union special representative for Afghanistan Tomas Niklasson have termed a national dialogue necessary for durable stability in the country.
Karzai’s office said the former president met with Tomas Niklasson and both emphasized on the opening of schools and universities for girls and giving women the right to work.
