KABUL (Pajhwok): The Islamic Emirate leadership through a decree has asked the authorities to respond to people’s complaints in a timely manner, provide them facilities so they could share their problems with them.

The decree asked government officials if they could not meet clients in person and they appoint representatives in this regard.

Bilal Karimi, Deputy Spokesman of the Islamic Emirate, said in a statement that the leader of the Islamic Emirate, Mawlawi Hibatullah Akhundzada had issued a decree on providing facilities to clients in ministries and departments.

The decree says: “The officials of the ministries, departments, Supreme Court, courts, provinces, provincial departments, police headquarters, districts and other administrative units are duty bound to provide necessary facilities to the relevant ministries and agencies to accept clients in order they directly submit their problems to the authorities”.

The decree said if officials could not meet people seeking solution to their problems directly for being busy, they should assign their representatives to meet with such clients and solve their problems.

The decree said officials were obliged to quickly address complaints and problems of the people.
