HERAT CITY (Pajhwok): The Department or the Propagation of Virtue and Prevention of Vice in western Herat province has dismissed two of its Mohatsiben --- auditors --- over maltreatment with the people, an official said on Thursday.
The Department Head Shaikhul Hadeith Aziz Rahman Al Mohajir told Pajhwok Afghan News they always stressed over fair treatment of people.
