KABUL (Pajhwok): Acting Higher Education Minister Nida Mohammad Nadim has said that qualified people would be appointed to work, talent and qualification would be considered criteria for appointments.
In a video message, Nadim said: “Qualified persons would be appointed to the tasks and talent would be given priority against relationship.”
He said in the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan criteria for appointment was pettiness and talent not relationship.
He stressed if any individual strive to create a network in the government system and appoint relatives this is not the policy of the Islamic Emirate but the government preferred talent and qualification.
