QALA-I-NAW (Pajhwok): A 22-year-old girl has committed suicide by hanging herself to death in Qados district of western Badghis province, local official said on Saturday.
Ahmad Jan Hanzala, the governor’s spokesman, said the slain girls ended her life by hanging herself using a rope in Qurban Bek village of the district on Friday.
He said the motive behind the suicide was not ascertained but investigation underway in this regard.
