M16 rifle parts smuggling to Pakistan foiled in Torkham

JALALABAD (Pajhwok): Customs officials at Torkham town in eastern Nangarhar province have arrested a truck driver for trying to smuggle various parts of American M16 rifle to Pakistan.

Torkham Customs official Muslim Khaksar said they recovered 128 different parts of American M16 rifle from a cargo truck.

The driver wanted to smuggle the parts to Pakistan, but customs officials arrested him.
