BAMYAN CITY (Pajhwok): The Acting Minister of Mines and Petroleum says that joint committees are being formed in 24 provinces to ensure standard mining, prevent smuggling of minerals and their destruction.
Maulvi Shahabuddin Dilawar, who travelled to central Bamyan province, emphasized the use of standard mining methods.
