GHAZNI CITY (Pajhwok): Two drinking water supply projects have been completed and put into services in the Andar district of southern Ghazni province, an official said on Monday.
Maulvi Mohammad Qasim Amini, Ghazni rural rehabilitation and development director, told Pajhwok Afghan News the water supply networks took three months to complete with financial support of Dakar organization.
He said about 3,500 families would get access to potable water.
Residents of the area thanked the government and the organization for implementing the projects and demanded more such schemes.
