EU delivers 100 tons of medical assistance to Afghanistan

KABUL (Pajhwok): The Europe Union (EU) has delivered 100 tonnes of much needed medicines and medical equipment to support the most vulnerable people in Afghanistan.

Raffaella Iodice, an official of the EU, wrote on her X handle: “Great to eyewitness EU aid operations on the ground!”

“A new @eu_echo Humanitarian Air Bridge has landed in #Afghanistan today. The flight brings 100 tonnes of life-saving medicines and medical equipment for Afghans in need. Thanks to all our humanitarian partners!”
