KABUL (Pajhwok): Afghan mixed martial arts (MMA) fighters Ahmad Wali Hotak and Abdul Azim Badakhshi have defeated their Kazakh and Korean opponents.
The fight between Badakhshi and his Korean rival took place in New Deli, the capital of India, late on Saturday night.
Badakhshi knocked out his Korean rival Hae Jin Park in the first round.
Badakhshi, who returned to the ring after one and half year, jacked up the number of his wins to 14. He has suffered three losses in his career.
Separately, Hotak outpunched his Kazakh rival in a fight in Moscow, the capital of Russia, on Friday night.
He defeated Makat Abdul Kadyrov in the second round of the contest.
