KABUL (Pajhwok): The Ministry of Transportation and Civil Aviation has predicted snowfall at high altitudes and heavy rain with lightning and flash flooding in 20 provinces of the country.
In a press release, MoTCA said today and tomorrow there was a possibility of snowfall at high altitudes, heavy rainfall with lightning and flash floods in Badakhshan, Takhar, Kunduz, Balkh, Jawzjan, Faryab, Badghis, Ghor, Sar-i-Pul, Samangan, Baghlan, Panjshir, Kapisa, Parwan, Kabul, Maidan Wardak, Logar, Ghazni, Bamyan, Daikundi and northern and southern Salang.
The ministry forecasted around 10 to 35 milliliters of rains in the mentioned provinces.
