Boy’s body found hanging from tree in Wardak

MAIDAN SHAHR (Pajhwok): In a shocking incident, body of an 11-year-old boy was found hanging from a tree in Jaghatu district of central Maidan Wardak province, police said on Wednesday.

In a statement, the police headquarters said the body of Saifullah was hanging from a tree in Koshki village of the district.

Security forces had started investigating the incident to find out whether the child committed suicide or killed by someone.

The police statement quoted the child’s father as saying that he had no enmity with anyone and his son was also mentally sound.
