KABUL (Pajhwok): Afghanistan imported goods worth $798.2 and exported goods worth $250.4 million during the last month of ongoing solar year, the National Information and Statistic Authority (NISA) said on Saturday.
On its twitter handle, the NSIA said last month all exports worth $250.4 million and all imports worth 798.2 million.
According to the NSIA last year the country’s export stood at $260.7 million during the same period.
The comparison of the facts and figures showed that there was over 10 percent decline in the export of goods now comparing to the last year’s same period.
This year most goods exported to Pakistan, India and China, while last year during the same period Pakistan, India and Tajikistan remained the top export destinations.
Statistics showed that last year most goods imported from Pakistan, Iran and China.
