Qatar plans to build 400-bed hospital in Kandahar: MoPH

KABUL (Pajhwok): Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) says that Qatar wants to establish a 400-bed hospital in southern Kandahar province.

Dr. Sharafat Zaman, a spokesman for the MoPH, wrote on his X handle that the ministry was agreed with Qatar to construct a 400-bed hospital in Kandahar.

According to him, an agreement has been reached with Qatar to provide educational opportunities for Afghan doctors in their specializations.
